From event staffing and guest experience to hospitality, customer service and brand representation, we believe that professional service requires more than showing up. It requires preparation, confidence, communication, responsibility and the ability to engage people appropriately.

Beyond the Classroom
At LEMA Academy, learning goes beyond the classroom. The programme is being designed to incorporate practical exercises, simulations and field-training opportunities that help learners apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
Through suitable event assignments and industry opportunities, learners will have the opportunity to develop their confidence, teamwork, professionalism and ability to deliver quality guest experiences. How We Teach
We aim to combine structured teaching with practical exercises, demonstrations, scenarios and assessments to help learners apply their knowledge in realistic workplace situations.
Learners will develop skills in welcoming guests, assisting attendees, communicating professionally, working with teams, representing brands and responding appropriately to challenges.
Graduation Ceremony
The programme will conclude with a graduation ceremony to recognise learners who successfully complete the training and meet the programme requirements. Graduation will provide an opportunity to celebrate their learning journey, acknowledge their development and mark their readiness to pursue opportunities in event staffing, guest experience and related service roles.
Certificate of Completion
Learners who successfully meet the programme requirements are intended to receive a Certificate of Completion.
